In the 3D laser welding process, we join your workpieces with very fine welded seams and without adding extra material. The welded seams produced in the laser welding process are particularly neat in comparison with conventional welding methods with considerably less welding distortion. Because the welding takes place in parallel with the main process at high traverse speeds of approximately two meters per minute, a wide variety of joint geometries can be produced quickly and cost-effectively. We can also manufacture gas-tight connections for you, such as those used for heat exchangers.
